Our services are provided as time-based educational guidance sessions through call or chat. Fees are charged based on the time spent providing assistance, regardless of the final outcome of the troubleshooting process.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The scheduled session did not begin after payment was completed.
  • A duplicate or accidental payment was made for the same service.

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The issue remains unresolved after the session.
  • The problem is related to hardware limitations or device damage.
  • The issue is caused by manufacturer restrictions or external system limitations.
